The Ruby-throated Hummingbirds are zipping back and forth from the Pollinator Garden’s red and blue Lobelia to the taller surrounding trees. Black Swallowtail butterflies float throughout the flowers stopping here and there. Bees bury their heads into tubular flowers looking for pollen before backing out and moving to the next target. Back a few paces from the garden stands a man wearing a blue baseball cap with a camera on a tripod positioned to face all this activity. Patiently, he waits for just the right moment. A few fast clicks from the camera can be heard and then he checks the camera view finder to see if he is satisfied with the pictures captured. Moments later he looks back at the garden and sets up for the next shots shifting position slightly and looking for just the right scene before clicking again.
