I bought the game and downloaded it but when I try to open game it gives error saying my computer is missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll ? when I tried to research it on web it said Microsoft Visual C+ +2015 Runtime thing. so I downloaded that 4 or 5 times kept getting errors with it too . we have Windows 7 Home Premium. and I am so frustrated ! Please help this grandma out ? My grandson has been wanting this game forever and now I bought it and he still can't play it.. HELP !!!!

I do have the same question. It was installed during setup for the first time but it will still not work. Trying to manually install them doesn't work because the installers (rightly) say the runtime is already installed. Rebooting really didn't help. dissertation editing & proofreading services
